My current project is set to end in the next 2-3 months. I’ve proactively found a new project on my own, but my manager has informed me that she won’t release me until May. This feels unfair—when my current project finishes, they won't assist me in finding another one, yet now that I've taken the initiative, they're refusing to release me. What should I do?

I joined Accenture 5 months back as a lateral hire ( Level 11 ) and have been a part of a project since day one.

I am not enjoying my work here, no motivation at all. Dreaded to report to work and having stress and anxiety. My manager is trying to micromanage me as productivity is on the lower side.

Another thing is, I have started to dislike my current tech and no more interested in it.
What are my options here ?
