Glandex anal gland treats helped with the root cause, he scoots more so out of habit now 🤦♀️
Ucan help your dog with anxiety and scooting with chamomile and lavander drops, also cbd drops.
His anal glands are full and the vet can express them. A groomer can do it from the outside but a vet is much more efficient and can express from the inside. It's a very uncomfortable condition for your fur baby. Please don't punish them for scooting, he just is looking for relief.
Did you have them evaluated by a vet? It could be something as simple as needing their anal glands expressed(you can do it at home or send out to the groomers) or something more complicated like a yeast or bacterial infection, polyps, or parasites.
You should definitely take her to the vet. It might just be her anal glands that need to be expressed some dogs. Need it done more often than others. I take mine about every two months to get his done. Also, though I hope it’s just her anal glands. It might be something more serious. God forbid like parasites or G.I. issues and any home remedies my mask or eliminate the symptoms which would lead you to think that it was fixed when in reality it still there anyways I hope your fur baby is OK.

My GSD goes to the vet for anal gland suppression, my vet also recommended Glandex, I haven't started it yet on her.

My pups have a standing request at the vet to always try to express their anal glands because they're usually full. It's uncomfortable for them, which is why they scoot to try to get it to come out.

It’s is possible that his glands need expressing or he has an infection. Other things that could be wrong: parasites, need a butt wipe, he needs to go potty?
Thanks all for the suggestions. I have been taking her to the vet for regular gland maintenance 😜but I want to try the glandex first. If situation does not improve soon, it will be time for another vet visit.
