My family and I are planning to relocate to Augusta, GA next summer 2023 and my current company does not have a remote option. Any advice on how to start searching for a job in an unfamiliar city? I’m looking for remote but will be open to onsite once we are relocated. I’ve been using LinkedIn for most of my job searching. I’ve found Indeed is not as good. I have been trying to network on LinkedIn like crazy. Any help would be appreciated.

How do you handle remote teams being in different time zones? Right now we have a ton of team leaders on the west coast with the core team on the east coast and because of that urgent requests keep coming down after hours with the expectation to address it immediately. So at this point we’re working from 8am until like 11pm and nobody knows what to do to push back on it

Nightmare scenario and need your help. I moved into a new place in august knowing I was going to be WFH. Quiet, lots of light.

They just started construction right next to my building with all day noise, including a bull dozer and heavy machinery coming within 6 feet of my window. We’re also on the second floor so I mean RIGHT NEXT TO MY WINDOW.

I also have a bunch of men starting at me all day on too of the noise triggering my migraines. What can I do?
