My first year of teaching was like a haze. I always felt like I wasn’t doing things well. I wish someone would have guided me better. If I could give a new teacher some advice it would be:

1. Routine
2. ALWAYS STAY PREPARED
3. Stay organized
4. Communicate to your principal and parents
5. PLEASE find your way to keep your class room management and environment safe and fun. But let them know you stand on business so be firm but fun.

So I finished my 3rd interview with a company and the TA specialist said they loved me but can’t meet me at my bottom line salary, however, I said I can negotiate and she said she’s going to speak with the decision makers and see if they’re okay with that.
