My last working day is approaching and my manager has denied approving my WFH requests because according to him I am not contributing to work. But the reality is the team is not involving me in any activity.

Now I have to go to the office every single day to complete my 9.15hours.
What can I do in this situation? Please help

I have family members who are inside claims reps for a large company. The company sends out emails 4 times/day showing who is currently not available for calls. To everyone working in claims in the entire country! It’s been a minute since I worked in claims. And never for this particular company. But is this shaming the new way to manage WFH.? Sounds at least toxic.

A VP told me that if I don't like our new WFH policy that I should find another firm.

Maybe I should, that's okay, but the fact that his response to my concern (2.5 hour commute both ways, not what I agreed to when I was hired) was just "find another firm" really rubs me the wrong way.
