My new client keeps adding small, "quick" tasks to the project. We're getting close to a major deadline, and if I don't push back, we're going to miss it. I don't want to damage the relationship, but I can't keep absorbing all this extra work. How do you deal with scope creep without making the client feel like you're being difficult?
