I’m in public accounting and I believe when I was hired on as an experienced associate at a firm, they requested transcripts directly from the school, so they had to be official and my degree was listed on the transcripts. You should be able to request the transcripts from your prior schools, and if electronically it should be quick.
And if the documentation you’ve provided is not sufficient, they’ll likely just ask you to provide what they need.
Why would they need your tax transcripts? Also they really just need to pay for a background check service like every other company. HireRight can prove to at you graduated from high school and college, still perplexed, there’s also a form you can complete that allows them access to your tax transcripts but to me that’s an odd request based on the position you’re describing.
I've never heard of that, but I've also never worked with healthcare institutions so I don't know how common that is. Have you discussed this with the HR department or with any colleagues you have at other healthcare institutions? This seems strange
