My recruiter keeps asking if I’ve got other interviews or offers on the table. He’s with one of those huge agencies, so I’m not sure if he’s just checking my schedule or trying to see how much leverage I have. If I’ve got nothing else lined up right now, is it a bad move to just say zero? I don’t want to look like nobody wants me, but I also don't want to lie.

Read that McK is paying 2K higher than BCG this year which means BCG will probably raise again next year to at least match. However, they can’t just copy McK with 2K to match because that would look bad so they’ll have to beat it again. Then McK and Bain will follow. Barring a devastating recession, I’m guessing this means MBB is all getting raises again next year?
