My very first company I worked was startup. So I don’t have regular transactions of salary. Sometimes the owner of startup was transferring salary from her own account and sometimes from companies account. I don’t have of also for that company. And that company is also closed now. But I have worked there and have experience letter, offer letter and salary transactions (irregular). I am writing this message besides the staff group of EY GDS. Specifically Staff -1 at assurance level. I would request everyone to spare few minutes and read it -

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.
