I have exact same profile and they given me the same numbers. I have another offer from epam where i have 30 fixed. I talked to the Hr but she was giving me reasons and justification that blackrock is world largest bla bla bla. She will come again with some update numbers. Aak your sister to do hard negotiation if she have another offer, or take the offer letter, grab another counter offer and email the blackrock hr that you will not join, they will definitely increase the numbers

Can anybody from Netherlands explain what a junior manager is at Deloitte? I got a salary range for junior manager from Deloitte in NL that’s lower than the salary range of a starting senior consultant in pwc. I was under the impression manager in pwc is junior manager in D and senior manager in pwc = manager in D
