Need advice from Accenture folks.

I was Hard Locked to an Automation project without my confirmation. Before that, I had already communicated my interest in a GenAI opportunity, and that team was willing to take me.

Now the GenAI project cannot proceed because of the Hard Lock. I've requested a release multiple times but haven't received any response.

Has anyone faced a similar situation? What is the best way to get released from the current project?

I am a Client Executive with 7 years in the industry and 5 years of HR experience prior to that. I make 60k, am I underpaid?

I quit my previous job approximately 5-6 months ago due to toxic culture and being pressured to commit fraud… I fear hiring managers see that I’ve been out of work for this time and may assume I was fired or laid off. Additionally I’ve had a couple interviews where company “X” interviewers have commented on this and in an effort to not bad mouth my previous employer I’m stuck with a generic answer like I want to take my career to the next level with Company “X.” Any thoughts/advice?

Hi fishes, I got 5+ years of work ex of which 2 years was in domain non IT job. While joining Accenture I was offered level 11 (As SAP functional CONSULTANT) while I believe I should be at level 10. What can I do? Is it that just your IT work ex they consider? Suggest things I could do. Completed 8 months in Accenture now as SAP Functional consultant.
