Curious for everyone’s thoughts on real-estate right now.. my spouse and I are in Denver and trying to buy our first home. To get a halfway decent 3BR home, we have to spend upwards of 500k and still put a little work/investment in to update the home.. I can’t help but feel we should be waiting for 6 more months and seeing if the price drops.. Our business is two years old and about 60 full time employees strong. We've never gathered demographic details from our team members such as ethnicity, cultural identify, sexual orientation, etc. and recently ran into an instance where the percentages of diversity among staff was requested.
