Need advice: My aunt has been mentally harassing me since childhood (stuff like you will never get into a good college to your mom will die soon and you won’t be able to do anything about it - my mom is epileptic) coupled with my sensitive nature it led me to develop bipolar. What shocked me was that my mother never took any action despite me always telling her what was going on. Moreover she still wishes to continue maintaining relations with her even at the cost of our relationship. Pls advise

I have been offered a position at a non-US B4 with a 2 year path to partner. I know one of the partners at the local firm and have the support of the regional service line lead, and am bringing a specialized skill set they are trying to open a new business around. The KPIs seem achievable and I’ll be in charm school to help build support within that timeline. Most of me thinks a 2 year path under these circumstances realistic but my inner skeptic is jaded. Anything I might have missed?

Two days later I got an email saying Microsoft is freezing hiring for certain departments and the recruiter is ghosting me. Will I even get a chance to interview atleast?
