For about 8 months in 2022, I worked in an MNC and got abscond from there. Just after that I have joined Big4 and last year, I joined a product based company.
Now, all the big MNC's like Genpact, TM, LTI, Infy is asking for the experience letter from the first company that I don't have.
Few of them agreed for the overlapping, but need the experience letter. is it okay if I share fake experience letter (I have edited the sample experience letter and one from my friend).

I am looking for the job change in ServiceNow profile and having a experience of 4+ yrs.

Currently I am trying to create network in linked in and naukari but still not getting the response from some companies like JP Morgan or mindtree etc.

Can u help me to understand what is the best way to create a network to some major companies.

I know applying directly to the company site mostly doesn't have any benefit or will take long time to schedule the interview.

One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p
Now that I'm not hearing back from the company which I gave interview and my environment at current project is a mess atm...Should I just put papers or bear with it till I fine another one..??

I got interviewed at infosys two days back.
When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.

Do you all think I will be rejected?
