Need career advice.

I have 3–4 years of IT experience but am relatively new to Data Engineering with limited real project exposure.

Current offers:

Nagarro – 10 LPA (joining 7 July, laptop received)
Opus Technologies – 11 LPA (Next week@@)
Deloitte – Offer pending approval; recruiter said they can likely offer 11 LPA fixed.

My goal is long-term growth in Data Engineering. Which company would you choose considering learning, projects, work culture, and future opportunities? Should I join Nagarro

hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.

What will be the case if client doesn't like my performance.

Will they release me from there project before contract ends or any action in terms of termination from job will be taken by client or Nagarro.

Just wanted to know, has anyone went through this kind of situation???

I'm having trouble. I have a client who is going from a climbing company, to a fitness company. They have a product that lets them expand from where they are. I am failing to sell them on the importance of strategy and taking a step back. Honestly, I don't even know that I'm sold on it. But I feel like it's important. Anyone have ideas on how to argue for this? Happy to share more info
