I interviewed with DWS Group at Velankani Tech Park and successfully cleared all 4 interview rounds. After the final round on June 5, I was informed that HR would get in touch regarding salary negotiations.

It’s now June 17, and I haven’t received any call, email, or update.

Is this normal for DWS or in the current hiring market? Would appreciate insights from anyone who has gone through a similar process with DWS DWS Group Deutsche Bank

How do you deal with clients who act like they know more than you even though they don't?

DO YOU JUST ASSUME THE COST OF YOUR MARKETING ACTIVITIES? I am looking to allocate their cost in the marketing budget in a way that won't rely on several layers of assumptions. How do you reliably estimate the cost of different marketing activities (email, social, web, etc) when you don't have specific people or tools allocated to each function and costs are spread across many channels? Ads seems the easiest, but even then there's time and overheads... I've been looking for a reliable model.

Infy is offering 12.5 LPA(including 15% VP) where as Optum is ready to pay 18 Fix + VP
My YOE: 10.5, I am looking for long term offer. plus looking for development project opportunity instead of support. i am not able to decide which one to take as both have them have their own pros and cons. need a genuine suggestion in term of stability and job security and learning with WLB.
