Need some advice. I am placed PIP in Big4 (Del**) last date of pip is in second week of july. I had a biweekly connect with HR and HR is saying its positive other than being absent in calls. So, i am giving zero efforts and rigrously looking for switch and jobs. As of now, I got verbal onfirmation from an mnc (10k plus employee) and they are offering 60 percent hike and want me to join in second week of july. Need advice now on this. Also bit confused why are they saying pip getting positive.

Thoughts? This seems decent based on my research but couldn't find a ton of data points. What is the career trajectory/opportunity like is a Google CE? Opportunities to move to product later on or will I be heavily soloed within tech? How do refreshers work? For example at other tech companies I've heard only about 10% of a team might receive refreshers each year
