Need some advice please.

So I have been in consulting mainly transport and infra for several years in UK and then moved to Middle East for short period.

Had to come back to UK for some personal reasons.

Been a few months and unsuccessful with applications. I want to develop my skills so I am still developing in this unemployment phase.

Any advice?

I have a intereat in Digital and Data in Transport. But not sure if I do a course or masters that it would be valued.

Being promoted mid year in the Bay Area to senior and did not get a raise as expected. Trying to see what the current compensation is for seniors within deals.

Curious to know what you've seen as working to non working dollars split in Canadian agencies. Reference any specific brands (or categories) if you can. I'm used to seeing the conventional 15-20% split for non working (production dollars only, not including media budget, agency fees) but are those days gone now with the takeover of digital (vs traditional) ad placements?

Talk me out of (or into!) buying a 2000 M Roadster. $14.5k, 111k miles. Mechanically sound with records, cosmetically nothing I can’t repair/replace.

Only get a MacBook if you already have a windows pc, citrix workspace works best on a windows. In mac you cannot use shortcuts like Alt+tab inside the VDI. So choose wisely
