I recently got an offer from the IDBS Company in Bangalore. I am having 4.8+ yoe. Is there anyone who is working with IDBS?
While interviewing the manager told that i will be a part of the new team, that they are creating now.
Can you guys please help me to give me some inputs about the company? How is the company work culture and all??? What are pros and cons of the company?
