From the broader company perspective, what kind of questions should I ask? First time talking to a startup CEO, so want to be asking relevant questions. Vision? Roadmap? Valuation?! Not sure. I'm SVP/strategy for a PR agency. I moved into PR, Healthcare, and Strategic Planning only 3 years ago. An agency recruiter is trying to convince me to move into a GSVP account role, assuring me "at that level it's all strategy." (I dont think she understands the words she's using. Or that I'm qualified). But long-term, knowing account roles are so much more plentiful than brand planning in PR, I'm wondering if I should start thinking about account. Anyone here moved from strategy to account?

I have received 3 offers from 3 companies for PM role in the last week with my preferred company offering the least.

I would like to negotiate based on competing offer numbers - what are the things that I should keep in mind when doing so? Anything that I should be of? Like should or should I not share the actual offer letter? Etc?

Here is my idea for a startup! I collect all the data from career transitions and use Data Analytics to predict the most likely career transitions. I could start with consulting. What do you guys think about this? I would be able to predict based on your firm(mbb, big4), your experience, which role you are likely to move (Faang pm, strategy manager, move to mbb).
