Now I'm balding in my late 20s, living alone, and only really get to see my family. Online dating is a wash and feels like an incredible waste of time.

I'm serving notice period and around 50 days are remaining I'm having 2 offers where I got initially while resignation
Now I got selected for 3 companies but no one is releasing offer letter and stating silly reasons like DB migration issues,on long leave and after bgv will release offer 🙄
So I came to know these HRs will prolong releasing offer untill my LWD 😐
Seriously 🤦Im the only one facing this issue or ? It is common these days ,?
