New PL at BCG interviewing for AWS Sr. Product Manager Technical. What should I tell the recruiter about comp. expectations?

How does search work at McKinsey? If it’s up to x weeks paid to find a job, how will they know if I’ve already accepted an offer? For data science roles, senior (L6) at AWS or post MBA level (specialist track, so same pay as generalists) at MBB? Comp is 20% higher at AWS just to start.

But maybe looks like MBB has better upside - solid path to promotion to manager level with solid comp increase. But worse WLB and it's unclear to me whether MBB data scientist on the resume is up to par with big tech data scientist on the resume.
