How do you guys set a limit on stocks? I am always worried about stock going down after i buy. I set a limit based on the week low and wait for stock to hit the price...

3D printing. Industry on the uptrend, and most stocks still massively off their 2014 highs.

SSYS would be a 6x return just to get back to ATH, and has been flat for 5 years. It’s currently at the low end of that range. That tells me that the risk is low compared to the potential/likely reward over enough time. Using this kind of strategy was successful for me with crypto. What do folks think here?

Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well? The IC gives vague “direction” then says they are too busy to clarify. They also refuse to use our project management/ collaboration tools.

I am only 4 months into being a surgical coordinator. I love the position itself however I am struggling to adapt into my new work environment. My position puts me in a place where I need to interact with my new coworkers but they are not as welcoming as I expected. There is also another surgical coordinator however I have come to find from other staff that there is a long history of her running other staff away and not fully training other surgical coordinator staff properly. Any thoughts around how to use M&A tax skills for the better good?
