[query] Is it a good idea to say a firm No due to medical reasons to a new night shift project I'm hired in?Accenture
I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?

It’s all pretend words to justify paying employees as little as possible.
Partner is usually someone with high experience but no direct reports, but the presence of Group Director would contradict that. 🤷🏽♀️
Director = way to charge clients $$$ bill rates.
Associate
Director
Senior
Executive / managing
Partner
But you only need all those levels at the biggest agencies
Inflated titles for many employees who aren’t as experienced for the level they’re being hired for.
ECD = person who takes the credit for the work
Account Directors= what happened to fraternity/sorority people after college
Executive Producer = person who likes fancy hotels
“Senior” anything=all the responsibility none of the pay
“Associate”anything = first to get blamed
Partner = founder, someone’s son/daughter/inlaw, or best ass kisser….unless it’s “partner” as in “HR business partner” or similar which is just newspeak for someone we want you to believe you can trust
Did I miss anything?
