Hi All, I'm currently working as a Senior Systems Engineer at Infosys in Application support and maintenance(Infra team) role for Oracle - Argus Enterprise edition. My current CTC is 3.92 LPA. I am not happy with my career and financial growth after 2.5 YRS. Can someone please provide a refferal for better CTC in a similar role? I'm open to learning new technologies as well! I’m a law school student and am about to graduate next year. I’m hoping to get an internship in the local court, to be part of them and hopefully to assist some of the lawyers and judges, not just see them on “Better Call Saul”!

I made a couple errors at a new job. An important document to be distributed had wrong information on it, which was proofread by 2 other people. Then a couple of typos in emails, the person micromanaging me told me to send out but I didn’t fix the errors. Failed to meet a deadline but completed 95%. I was written up over all this last week, fired this week. There’s a lot more to this but I think it’s because the DM doesn’t like me.

Is it wise to switch from testing background to Salesforce after 10 years of IT experience? If so should I start as an admin?
