My probation has been increased by 3 months. Honestly, idk the reason because I have worked so well in these months. Like seriously 🙄 Are there chances of firing after those 3 months?

Working on a deal where buyer's side keeps on insisting on a POA to effectuate all actions of Seller under the agreement, including executing documents. I keep striking this and commenting that this is not standard. Has anyone dealt with this? I am okay with a limited POA based on the industry of the Seller, but not this general POA.

A warning, i have been phished through the premise of a job interview.thats definitely a new low from scammers but verify interviews they plucked my info from indeed and through that got my info, when I got suspicious (after it was too late) I called the "hiring company" (was a real company) and they said i wasn't the only one getting duped. My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? I am very anxious it's too late so I cant even call recruiter.

Has anyone run the “house system” in their schools? I’m launching it next year in one of the schools I work at and could use any helpful advice you may have!

I feel like the lines of work hours is non existent. Getting texts from staff after hours, being told to be flexible when we are doing our outreach for students not engaging, and students requesting meetings at 6pm. Ummm I don’t get a flex schedule so I would still be required to work my normal hours.
