Have had two interviews but not gotten any positions any advice for a recently graduated student?

Does anyone know how it works if you have an Interview with someone who knows your current seniors in the team? Is there a policy where they can’t mention anything or does that not really exist?

Have an interview coming up (experienced hire, senior associate, in the automotive & A&D sector)

Anyone have any experiences about project types, how S& stand apart, etc? Also

I'm coming from Deloitte (A&D engineer previously), where i had enjoyed/been most productive in strategy assessment projects... Part of why I'm going for S& before PwC. But would love to hear about the kinds of projects to expect, differences vs what I've done, and any other interview prep suggestions.

I have been interviewed on 23rd April and was asked to upload documents on the same day. From that day my application status is Review in Progress. Does anyone have any idea till when I can expect call from HR.

In one interview today with Kundyl. Their expectation is to be available oncall 24*7... With work from office.

They literally got offended and stared at me for asking about WLB...

Seems companies are not learning, even after the great resignations.. the big names... Like TCS, ibm.. are not doing any changes to their work culture and ethics to improve WLB.

We recently got the ok to schedule our orientation and delivery date for our IVF medications and all I have to say is ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF! My husband has dermatomyositis, and his doctor put off treatment so that we could do some collection and go through IVF. I felt like my dr was blowing off our timeline, but I persisted. I worked with CVS Caremark directly and got approval in 2 days (not the expected 3 weeks). Moral of the story: ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF!

I have been looking at the curriculums for Harvard Business School's Master of Business Administration and Harvard Extension School's Master's in Management. They both have the same requirements, generally speaking, including a field immersion course that serves as a capstone in the Master's in Management, which is fairly new. If I am not able to gain admission to Harvard Business School, but wanted a similar educational experience to become a consultant, should I attend Harvard Extension?

Just wanted to start a conversation about how we can best support ourselves, our students, teachers, etc.?

I feel like the lines of work hours is non existent. Getting texts from staff after hours, being told to be flexible when we are doing our outreach for students not engaging, and students requesting meetings at 6pm. Ummm I don’t get a flex schedule so I would still be required to work my normal hours.

How do you guys handle teachers at the Elementary level when you have to cancel guidance classes to coordinate testing, attend PD or take a sick day??
