Yes if it has a tiki bar feature per Section 807 (a) part C, item ii. Specifically states covered decks without tiki bars are non-deductible.
2018 tax act chages that, now you need at least two beers on tap to quilify for a deduction. Hard seltzer and zima doesn't qualify.

If you're a partner in the US, you are considered self-employed and therefore should generally be able to deduct home office expenditures. There are specific rules about how to determine what portion of your property is deductible for home office purposes (usually based on total square footage unless it is a separate structure). You should research those rules or consult your tax preparer to figure out how it applies to your property.
