not a new or unique phenomenon but genuinely asking how to manage a heavy workload while also attending upwards of 6 hours of meetings a day? multitasking affects my quality of work but if i don’t then im left with zero time to actually do what’s on my plate (i already skip lunch and i refuse to work past 6 and let the burn out affect my mental health & relationships). please drop tips :( and don’t tell me to suck it up, i work hard and deserve balance. thank you!
