Which one to choose between Optum and Tiger Analytics for Data Scientist position? Where can I expect better data science domain expertise (In my previous companies I found very less understanding of Data Science practices as team)? Heared good things about both of these. Which one is good for better opportunity and WLB.

I have a current CTC of 6.6 and Mastercard is offering 8.9 (including variable ) . I also have an offer from infosys of 10 ( including variable). Which one should I pick considering work life balance and appraisal.My entire doubt is that will they bring me on market rate after appraisals as currently they are not offering very good hike.

This particular question is sooo last week! And month. And year.
I got a recommendation from someone who already worked there and once that happened, a phone call the next day. I talked with the recruiter about the sport I played and then was asked in for an all day, 7 person interview. And another one two months later followed by an offer the next week.

Yup. They hit me up on LinkedIn. It was a long process. Lots of rescheduling. If it's really what you want, don't get discouraged. But be very selective (at least in your head) over what accounts you'd be willing to work on. It's not always about the name on the door, so much as it is about the chair that you'll sit in.
They message you on LinkedIn when they deem you are worthy of showing your book.
72U - and then they string you along freelance for a couple of months before telling you they don't have a specific need but that they looooooove working with you
