Not Getting Recruiter Calls Anymore – Anyone Else?

I’m an 8+ yrs Frontend Developer (HTML, CSS, JS, React, Redux, TS, Next.js).

Earlier, updating my Naukri profile got 2–3 calls daily. But it’s been a month with zero calls, despite my ATS-friendly resume.

Is this due to a slow market, new demands, or high competition?

👉 Anyone else facing this? Any tips to improve visibility?

Open to relevant frontend opportunities.

Dont depend on naukri.com

Get referrals.

The time is gone when just updating naukri profile daily and boom you get so many calls.

Change with the time. ATS friendly resume is good but get referrals and then appear for interviews.

Now you can't get 8-10 offers like 2022.

Only 2-3 is possible that too after a lot of hassle.

This annual appraisal I have got a good % of appraisal increment on my salary but I was not promoted to a senior developer (although I have been mentoring a junior dev in my team and been part of building the project by implementing new technologies and tweaks) and my total YoE is 3.5+ years.
