I want to delete it so bad because I hate using it. However, I think it is a bad idea to delete it. Too many employers still rely on Linked in. You would end up having to make another one at some point down the road.
My life got 200% better when I stopped going on there. I don't think it's smart to delete it but stop going on. It's not helpful.
I wouldn’t, you don’t know when you might need it. All connections have been built up - colleagues, ex-colleagues, recruiters, industry partners and on. There is always a potential need to reach out or connect in the future.
It’s a digital Rolodex of trusted x acquainted people. Why lose all of that?

I don’t know why people are deleting their LinkedIn’s. I rarely use mine. It’s not useful, but everyone says you need one. So it’s hard to tell.
