Hi. I'm applying for the SWE position at us and just passed all onsite interviews. The recruiter has informed me today that there will be one more technical final round with the Senior VP of the team. What will the purpose of this round be and how should I prepare for it?

(1/2) I started a new job less than a month ago at a large firm with a significant pay increase. I work remotely- which is a special arrangement. They paid for my travel to their headquarters for in-person training. After interacting with my manager and some of the attorneys, I feel like I made a mistake. Manager is demeaning and rude. A bunch of the attorneys dropped not so subtle hints that people who work from home are causing all kinds of problems. I don’t know what to do.

Hello, I am going crazy. I am supposed to close on a house on Tuesday. The buyer did not perform an inspection and the lender did not order an appraisal. The lawyer says that everything is good on her hand but I am not sure if she is the deciding factor here. Can a home close without a physical appraisal ? I don’t have a closing time yet, just the date. My realtor reached to the lender and have no heard back.
