NYC Creatives - what big agencies are most worth working at? (between BBDO, McCann, Grey, TBWA, R/GA and VMLYR/Ogilvy?)

Did an interview yesterday that was supposed to be behavioral, but turned out to be more like the case interviews I did in undergrad. I think I showed off my business knowledge, but he kept harping on my lack of an official framework (vs me saying "I'd explore it from different stakeholder perspectives: customer, line employee, management"); pretty sure he considered it a failure.
