If you’re on a horrible client none of them, a great client any of them.
McCann and Chiat and Ogilvy all going thru big changes. Could go either way. I’d vote Ogilvy based on how much they’re investing. But it’ll take a while to stabilize. BBDO is still good but has fewer good clients. RGA isn’t great for traditional creatives. FCB isn’t on your list but might be worth considering. As always depends on which group or CDs you’re working for.
Having worked at fcb ny I can say it was a nightmare.
R/GA by far.
Eh I feel like bbdo has gone downhill since Covid. They’ll be back - it’s all cyclical - but I’d give them a pass right now
Can tell you which one not to.
😢
If you’re paying attention, the only agency on that list that appears to be on the upturn is ogilvy.

@C1 sure, that’s sometimes true. On the flip side, I worked at a shop that went from dino to agency the year during my time and that gets recruiters more than excited.

I know the stock answer will be “none of them,” but I’m sure there are teams doing good work at some of these shops

OP: what agency from this list?
WK: WK (not on the list)
Seen some good people moved to Mccann. Grey can be up rising with new hires? Bad clients at tbwa. R/GA is not for traditional creatives. Been at Ogilvy less than a year. Hope we could be more creatively driven… will take some time. So, I could say the most worthy agency from the list could be Mccann or hopefully Ogilvy?
It’ll be interesting to see what happens with mccann. They’ve still got strong creatives, but the driving force behind their success in the last decade was the leadership. Most of those people have since moved on.
Probably depends on your priorities. Can tell you from experience McCann & Grey are not creative-first agencies.
At Grey it’s so big that you have little to no interaction with the CCO. Highly depends on your ECD. I’ve only spoke to our CCO once and it was during the interview process. I can’t speak for every group at Grey though.
