Do anyone has any idea for airtel xstream fiber If we dont recharge it for 2 month and want to use it on 3rd month is it possible? Is there any hidden charge I would need to pay for those 2 month I didn't recharge?

I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink?
