Hello all, I recently gave an interview at Mindtree for .NET profile. After the technical 2 round I received rejection. However, the BGC team of Mindtree is reaching out to me to fill the form which require me to login in EPFO and ITR portal. I dont have any HR contact to reach out to. Meanwhile if your notice period is around 1 month or less, then some company would even pay 100% hike to your new salary as well...
If a good opportunity comes your way than don't let it go. Markets have opened up like crazy and companies are in a hiring spree. It's best to capitalize on this opportunity as we don't know what the future holds.
Stay 3 months and then switch for 40 percent hike.
Keep looking for opportunities and ask the HR initially how much % of hike they will offer and you can proceed accordingly.
