What is the interview process for data analyst. I need to switch into this field without any prior experience of it.

I am a bit worried as it might be hard to connect with the interviewer when the process is not in-person. Did you have a phone call or a Zoom call with video, and did it feel awkward? I'm looking to confirm that when potentially coming back on at Microsoft, the hiring manager will be able to see my previous connects. I had a great experience at Microsoft, and would like to keep that door open in my mind, though my last connect has what I would call unfair characterizations due to a unique chain of events.

I have an offer of 9.5 lpa with company A
Currently interview with company B and settled the deal at 13 lpa
The company B hasnt released the offer yet, is there chance that they might revise the 13 lpa offer and reduce it, as they were really stressing out on my cctc or in the worst case scenarios will I be rejected ???

PS - Company B have taken all my documents for document verification.
