Stick to dresses that are accommodating of the type of undergarments that are most comfortable to you.
Agree, wear a dress that works with your bra. If you have thinner straps that *can* hide a bra strap, you can have a tailor sew little bra holders under the dress strap so they don’t fall to either side

I’d find a great fitting dress that works with my most attractive bra. Both Neiman’s & Nordstrom have in-house alterations that can help you sew in stays for your bra straps.
Agree with others saying it’s easiest to pick dresses you can wear with real bras, but I have found that, when needed, longline strapless bras work better for me, and certain brands (Harper Wilde) work too. 34DD for reference.
Wacoal strapless bras works. Im a 36DDD. I lost a little weight so i have to adjust it sometimes bit before weight loss i never had to adjust. Stayed in place all day.
I wear these as a 36I. I absolutely swear by them! Love love love my Wacoal
