Ok ladies real talk - this is my second pregnancy and I’m in the home stretch- just hit 36 weeks - but my hemorrhoids decided to come at me with a vengeance yesterday and it has been awful :( I did not experience this with my first pregnancy (actually ended up getting them after the baby) - I will ask my dr at my appointment tomorrow in terms of management but just curious what others have done/experienced with this issue specially in pregnancy and what has worked. I am 31 and trying to conceive since 2 months. My mom had early menopause when she was 39 or 40. I am bit worried and my family doctor said she can transfer me to fertility specialist as I have such Family history.

Need advice: 30 Weeks and feel like third trimester has been an emotional rollercoaster. Get upset very easily and any small comment made by my husband makes me cry. Has anyone been successful in negotiating the schedule on a global pregnancy bill? My provider won't bill by visit and split the global cost into four payments all due by the 28th week. I don't understand how that's legal since it is so off the calendar of services and crosses calendar years (and insurance coverage), where most costs are incurred at the end of pregnancy with increased visit frequency and delivery.

With timing of our performance conversations I would have to inform I’m pregnant before outcomes - then shortly after the promotion effective date I would go on a leave for due date.
