OK, what's going on with hiring/HR? How come even people who I recommend for open jobs can't get a screening interview, and the people whose resumes we do get aren't good fits? Are ATS systems just screwing every over on both sides? What gives?

When ppl talk abt mental health in adv, we neglect the topic of cognitive dissonance. Most of us work on clients that are terrible in some way - sweatshops, bad for enviro, unhealthy. How do u cope?
