On a scale of 1-10, how hard is it to pass the PA state realtor exam? Everyone I've spoken to has said that with solid prep, it should be pretty easy, but I'm not sure what 'solid prep' entails. How did you study for it?

I mean, how much do you know about real estate and the rules that a realtor is expected to abide by? If you have no knowledge, then you’ll need to ramp up. If you’re already heavily involved in real estate transactions, you might not need to study much and just brush up on a few details

If you prep properly, most people say it’s very manageable. The exam is 120 multiple‑choice questions (national + state), and you need to hit specific pass scores on each portion. “Solid prep” usually means doing your coursework seriously and drilling practice exams until you’re consistently passing them.
