On March 28th I gave F2F rounds and cleared all the rounds on the same day also the salary was discussed in IBM Bangalore EGL
But since then I haven't received the offer letter from them. They are saying the interviewer wasn't authorized individual because of this offer letter cannot be rolled out.

Now I should give more rounds of interviews to continue my candidature or else forget them.

I thought IBM is a good company but illusion has broken.

I will be joining IBM next week in Bangalore ( physical onboarding ) and my hometown is in West bengal , My father is having health problems , mother won't be able to handle everything and no such person we can rely on . Also I am getting married in January . Hence If i stay in Bangalore there will be no one to take responsibility for my marriage prep also .
