What happens if you have negative balance of PTO
2/4 Thread (General):
(I have recently joined IQVIA bangalore. I will receive my first month salary on 25th this month. Payroll portal got just created for me. So, I opened.)
In my reports -> My current CTC section. It has details of Current annual & Monthly AGS. My question is what is AGS? It is showing half of my CTC. Should I raise this to HR or it is just something else. And where can we get the actual CTC reflection? Pls help. Thanks in advance.

No - I view it similar to if someone mispronounces your name (which wouldn’t be a hate crime)
No, that is not a hate crime by any means
No - but I see this is the UK. We don’t criminalize name calling in the US. That being said, misgendering is actionable harassment/discrimination in the employment law realm now.
Absolutely not. I’ve seen worse behaviour and things that would be considered hate crime vs misgendering someone.
Since I’m clearly in the minority here — I’ll just say that if the person on the receiving end does go so far as to prosecute it, I’d imagine that repeated, intentional misgendering is certainly harassment that would justify and constitute a hate crime.
This is like the McDonald’s coffee lawsuit. We joke about all of these ridiculous sounding lawsuits but the reality is that actually going through with a case is pretty difficult— you have to show damages and i imagine if someone did want to press charges they’d be in a pretty tough spot.
No it isn’t a crime. It’s not illegal in a criminal sense to call names or tease someone, this would include intentional misgendering. Repeated verbal assaults on someone may ultimately result in a civil action if there is some kind of tangible harm, but this is a country of free speech, no matter how offensive it may be.

LMFAO no
Never - It is ridiculous to believe that addressing someone with the incorrect pronoun is an atrocity.
What if it wasn't intentional? What if someone wants to be referred to as some unusual gender that only they would know?
It’s not a hate crime.
