I’m a current Assistant Producer and have been for the past 7 months. However, I’ve been working as lead producer on some accounts for a while now. At what point is it fair to ask for an evaluation and promotion?

So I'm new to IT field and got only 1 year experience in automation testing using Tosca, I got training in java and selenium and I studied selenium myself in free time to learn more in testing, I'm thinking to make a switch next year. How much of a pay raise should I expect? And can I get referrals for QA engineers from companies like Accenture or TCS or other big tech companies? I'm a newbie so it'll be helpful if someone could guide me thanks
