I get mail from meal kit companies (Blue Apron, Hello Fresh etc) and also a ton for performance art (I’m in NYC, so all the companies that perform at Lincoln center and other venues like City Center). Also museum gift shops like the Met Store.

Huge demand engine for credit cards.
Agree. I worked on credit cards for 13 years and it’s a big thing for nearly all card brands.
Small businesses do tons. Same with chain pizza places and major nonprofits. Just open your mailbox. There’s tons of “junk” that companies from credit cards to hospitals still pay for because the ROI on DM is still fantastic.

Definitely not dead. Alot of charities use DM. The Tate sends DM, as does Fortnum & Mason. Damart, and other organisations that target the older markets also use DM. I really like well written DM mail packs.
