Our CEO has been having the upper management team reading leadership books and holding team discussions and we just finished, "Extreme Ownership: How U.S. Navy SEALs Lead and Win," which I found overly simplistic and a meh read altogether. The men on the team loved it and our next book is "Leadership Strategy and Tactics.," and I'm wondering why the guys love this author so much? Is it just the macho military stuff?

I’m moving from implementation consulting - where details are super important - to a strategy role, working with C suite executives. For me, I set 20-30 pg min/night and listen to a different audiobook to/from work. The audiobook thing is new as I've never read >1 at once. Considering 1 chapter/night w/ 3 different books (3 ch/night)... I just want to read them all though not sure - may muddle if one > others.
