No do not run. But definitely start immediately looking for a new job b/c those are definite signs that you will be laid off.
Hopefully you can time the new job so that your current agency pays you to leave… and then you’ll roll right into a new gig.
But stay where you are for the time being until you can land something. Always make them pay you to go.
Leaving on your own accord w/o something lined up is foolish.
It’s also strange the current team is keeping a FL rather than keep a FTE on. They have had priority the past 3 months.
Those are signs you should run!
Reach out and continue to raise your hand with resource management. They know what open Teva exist across the agency/network. Proactively apply to other roles within the network to be considered for internal mobility.
