I have received offer from Wipro which is little above than the offer that I am holding but fixed pay is less. Thinking of rejecting Wipro offer. Is it better to reject or accept and then not join. Also if I reject, will there be any issue like they won't consider me in future?Tata Consultancy Wipro Cognizant Infosys

I have no idea what ours is, I'm guessing it's very generic corporate speak about embracing creativity, fostering innovation, doing good, blah blah blah. I don't pay any attention to this sort of thing.
Yeah I would be because I’ve literally never seen anyone give a shit
I've never once thought about the company's mission statement. I may think about it in an abstract way but I'm not going to a company's website and reading their mission statement in order to determine if I would work for them or anything like that. I go off of reputation and the type of work I'd be able to do while there more than anything.
I did my first degree in business and there’s this part where an employee has to balance the company’s mission statement and vision without personal vision to create a synergy for general growth. I actually looked forward to learning the mission statement of wherever I get to work. I’m interning in a place where it has never crossed my mind to check or know their mission statement, it’s probably because it’s a temporary thing
When I worked at Slalom, that was the first place I ever saw stuff like this and the core values referenced in everything they did.
If someone I interviewed brought up our mission statement, I would think that was weird and sus 99% of the time. Let’s be real. We’re here for money
Some companies are painfully cringeworthy and probably have other red flags
Not a clue
It stopped mattering when it’s a conglomerate like Amazon Google Microsoft. Maybe 1 trick ponies can have a relevant mission statement. How about Salesforce?
