I would say retail and maybe even healthcare loosening up a bit.
What about the move among tech and finance to permanent WFH options — no more fancy offices and free lunch options — is that the kind of shift in employer branding you’re thinking of OP?
I just spoke to a friend who works at Google about this. It seems in this new world, the office perks like free lunch, kombucha on tap, etc aren't as enticing as they used to be. Employees are now valuing their time and autonomy more than ever before .. it will be very interesting to see how companies retain and attract employees without tangible office perks. At the same time.. how do you foster a company culture over Zoom?
To some extent, all of them. In this market and time in history, I think every company has had to focus more on Employer Brand and Employee Experience.
