I’m an employer brand manager at a large tech company, fully remote in California, a people manager and have about 4.5 years under my belt in employer brand but 10+ years of brand marketing experience. Feeling like I’m significantly underpaid considering the demand for good employer brand practitioners is so high.

Will they automatically consider me for grade change or do I have to expicitely talk about it with PC ? Also if grade is changed, how is the impact on salary considering the parity check ?
